• Incorrect sizing

• Accidental orders

Eligible Claims: If your order arrives with a genuine defect beyond your control—such as damage during transit, production errors, or receipt of the wrong item—you may qualify for a replacement.

Claim Process: To be eligible:

1. Contact us at levycaptured@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

2. Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.

 

Claims submitted after the 5-day period or without sufficient proof will not be accepted.

Resolution: If your claim is approved, you will receive a replacement item shipped at no additional cost.
