All sales at Levy Captured are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders.

 

However, if you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, you may be eligible for a replacement. To qualify, you must contact us at levycaptured@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your parcel and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.

 

Claims submitted after this period, or without sufficient proof, will not be accepted.
