1. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items Only

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders.

 

However, if you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, you may be eligible for a replacement. To qualify, you must contact us at levycaptured@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your parcel and include clear photographic evidence of the issue.

 

Claims submitted after this period, or without proper documentation, will not be accepted.
